A patrzyłeś tempy hotspotu w gpu-z?
Dear Gigabyte Support,
Thank you for your reply.
I would like to provide additional information regarding the requested troubleshooting:
I am already using the latest drivers, and the graphics card is running at default settings.
The card is not overheating; GPU temperatures remain below 70°C.
I have tested the graphics card in my brother’s PC, and unfortunately the same issue occurs there as well.
The problem is inconsistent: sometimes the card works for several hours, while other times after 15 minutes the screen goes black and the GPU fans ramp up to 100%.
Before replacing the PSU, moving the power cable occasionally made the problem disappear for 2–3 days, which is why I initially believed the issue was related to the cable or power supply. However, I have since replaced both the PSU and the GPU power cable, and the problem still persists.
I also contacted the retailer in Ireland where I purchased the card. They informed me that their 3-year warranty period has expired and advised me to contact you directly. After registering the card on your website, I received an additional 1-year extended warranty, and I would like to request support under that warranty.
I have used Gigabyte products for many years and have always had good experiences, which is why I hope you can help me proceed with warranty service in this case.
Kind regards,
